A CDE environment is a distinct set of systems that stores, processes, or transmits cardholder data, or affects its security. Separate production and staging environments, geographic data centers, and isolated payment processing contexts each count as one. Your dashboard displays your current environment count.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades begin with the next billing period. Annual plan changes are managed through our support team.
Yes. New accounts receive a 14-day Professional trial with no credit card required. Afterward, choose any plan or cancel. Data collected during the trial remains available after you subscribe.
Annual plans are billed once yearly at 15% off the monthly rate. Payment is available by credit card or ACH. Enterprise customers may also use net-30 invoicing.
